Description
I became a physical therapist following a career as an athletic trainer. I wanted to help a broader, more diverse population improve their participation, function, and quality of life, while building on my foundation. I was drawn to the specialty of pelvic health due to the complex/intricate nature of it and the powerful impact pelvic PT can have on a patient’s quality of life and function. I enjoy the puzzle of the human body. I approach my patient care with a zoomed-out lens, taking a holistic, patient-centered approach. I am passionate about empowering individuals about their health and anatomy, especially as it relates to pelvic health. When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, working out, traveling and spending time with my family.
